How it works
The system is based on the TripleA™ technology:
All your data/configuration/system files are synchronised to all four disks. Two of the disks are
inside the server, the other two are kept away and just brought to the office, one by one to keep them
up to date. This means that one of these disks should be no more than 24 hours out of date.
Any of your four disks can be used in a replacement server (in your office or somewhere else - for
remote access) - this gives you immediate access to your files, emails etc.
SPOK is a USB key that provides secure remote access to your server (or a replacement server) from anywhere
with an Internet connection. No software installation is required
If your server gets damaged, we can deliver the replacement server to your office or you can deliver your backup disk
to us and we will host your replacement server with your own data until you are ready. We will let you know how you can
connect to it with your SPOK from home or anywhere you like
Once your office is ready, we will deliver the replacement server and you can continue to work.
How much it costs
The prices vary with backup size and options - starting from £1900

Annual support contract including GEM Shield protection: £600/year
Hosting of the replacement server: £100/week (your insurance may pay for this)
The replacement server should be paid by your standard business insurance
